Three Cow Heads...

This week was pretty sweet especially because it started off really good. On Monday night we had a lesson with our friend Mica who is really cool and said she would go to church here next week so that's super exciting. After that on Tuesday I went out to a city called Coronel Oviedo to do divisions with the man himself Elder Dutson. He's a homie from my MTC group so it was sweet to hangout with him again. We were walking and talking a lot about music and low key walked the wrong way for like 20 minutes because we were just caught up in this conversation we were having. Then shortly after that it starting raining like crazy which was so sweet to be honest. Especially walking in rivers on the side of the highway because there is literally no where else to walk. But the coolest thing happened. As we were walking, completely drenched we decided we would stop at a couple houses in order to meet them. So we stopped at a members house and clapped real loud. We knew he was home because...

This week was a cool/ crazy one. Last Monday was transfers so I was running around all day taking missionaries to the bus terminal, or from the bus terminal to their new areas. Just a lot of back and forth and making sure that everyone was where they needed to be, which was super cool to be honest. After that I got my comp for the majority of the week Elder Blanco. I was with him because my real comp was coming from the office, and had to train an Elder how to do all the stuff there, before coming out here.  So I was with Elder Blanco and Elder Baldwin for the majority of the week. Which was cool because they are really cool guys. Being in a trío is always a good time. It's just a lot of fun. Plus we got some work done in the area we contacted like crazy and found a lot of new people to teach.  We found a couple really cool people. For example this girl named Micaela, she's a couple years older than me but she just barely moved to Caaguazú not too long ago and said that she re...

This week was insane. So much stuff went down.  First we had an emergency transfer in the zone while Elder Coumans was up in Asunción. So I went into an unplanned trío for a couple days which was kinda sweet because the Elders I was with were super cool. One of the coolest parts is that I got to go have a lesson with this girl named Noelia who lives outside of my area. But I found her on Facebook and sent her to the Elders over in the area where she lives. But because I was in a trío with one of the elders from that area we headed over there and had a lesson with her. And it was such a sweet lesson. Because she goes, " I have a question but I don't think you're going to be able to answer it" and I was like, ask away. She asked "why did God create us and why are we here?" And I was like "well actually we do have the answer to this". It was the coolest thing we taught a lesson straight off of her questions and it was legit just the whole plan of salv...

No Church In The Wild..

This week was awesome. My favorite parts about being a zone leader is being able to go on divisions with a bunch of missionaries. And this week we did it 3 times. First I went out with Elder Midget who is part of my district. A super cool guy from Utah. He went to basic training and after the mission is going into the army. We had a blast in his area teaching some really cool people. One of the families we taught is named the family Torres. They are a super cool family who are pretty well off for Paraguayan standards. When we went we taught 3 kids a 19 year old, 18 year old, and 10 year old. They wanted us to teach them a little bit of English so we did. They brought out this massive white board in order that we could use it teach English. After that we taught them about the Gospel of Jesus Christ and what steps we have to take in order to arrive in heaven. It was awesome too. I was able to use the whiteboard to draw it all out as well. These kids are super cool, and later on I learned...
