Bonfire...

This week was so sweet we did a lot of good stuff. First this week we went back out to Coronel Oviedo this week to do divisions with the other Elders that live out there. Elder González and Elder Taylor. I headed out with Elder González, and we went out to this small town even further away called San Jose. There we started working like dogs and I loved it. These tiny little towns in the middle of nowhere are my favorite places to go. Because a lot of the people haven't ever seen or talked to missionaries but in the city almost everyone has talk to or at least seen missionaries. So we're in this city going crazy we found 8 new people to teach and honestly it was such a good time. One of these people we taught was super amazing and was asking so many good questions which is always the best. But her 30 year old sister not so much haha. She told me that she would wait for me for 2 years and then we could get married. So if I come back married it just is what it is.  After that thou...

Just Call Me Leo...

How's it going everyone this week passed by super fast I feel like I literally just wrote one of these emails.  This past week we had one of the biggest and hardest rain storms I have ever seen in my life, within minutes the entire streets were flooded, the massive storm drains couldn't keep up with it. People's houses fell down, roofs torn off, everything completely soaked. It was insanely luckily we were inside when it all started but a lot of people here were not so lucky. We went out the next day looking for people we could help recover from it.  We found a couple of people and did what we could but the people we found didn't have anything too major happen to their houses. We only heard stories and received a couple videos from some people that really got wrecked but we couldn't find their houses in order to help them.  We did a whole bunch of contacting on Facebook this week. It seems to work a lot better here than contacting in the street. But you also find so...

All My Memories Come From Busses...

This week was super cool no doubt. First and foremost last Monday I got to go back to Asunción to have a leadership training. So we had to take a bus in order to get there. Well for some reason the bus actually got to Caaguazú early (which never happens. These suckers are always late) and the other Elders on the bus that were from Cuidad del Este called us saying they were already at the station. So we stated sprinting down the road in order to get there before the bus left. It wouldn't be that funny if that was all. But we were wearing our suits because it's way easier to travel in a suit than to pack one. So people already are staring at us because there are 2 white dudes walking down the street with suits on. But then add the fact that we had to sprint like 6 blocks to get to the station. We got some weird looks haha. But luckily we got there before the bus left and made it to Asunción. It was super fun we got to sleep in the mission office with a whole bunch of other missio...
