This week was super cool and super busy. We had transfers, so on Sunday we had all of the missionaries that were going home with us until Monday. We went to dinner with them and hung out. It was super cool. We always have a meeting at the mission home when when missionaries go home to talk about the mission and what we learned and stuff like that and it's all super cool. One of the coolest meetings to be part of honestly. It just makes it more real that at one point I'm going to have to end the misión and it gives me so much more energy and motivation to work hard everyday that I can.
We finished the transfers Sunday night at like 8pm and I had to plan all of the travels for missionaries that are in zones far away. Because the next day that had to be getting on their busses at noon. So I stayed up pretty late planning all of the travels and where the missionaries that weren't traveling would be staying the night. For 163 missionaries, so it took me a little bit to get it all planned out. But I went to bed got up and double and triple checked the travels making sure that I didn't forget anyone. Then helped the missionaries going home get to the airport and get on their flight.
After that on Tuesday we got up and had transfers so all of the missionaries that were moving areas were here in the office and we shipped them off to their different areas. After I put the last people on their bus I had to go to the airport to get 5 new missionaries and then go back at midnight to get 13 more. We got home at like 4 am after getting everything figured out and paid for their visas.
After that on Wednesday we had the training for the new missionaries and their trainers where I got to translate for president because he really doesn't speak any English. Translating is super cool actually. It's like a challenge to get it all right but I like it.
We then grilled up some hamburgers at the mission home and all ate there then sent off everyone to their areas and finally finished transfers Thursday morning when the last group went to their areas. It was a long week but I low key love it. I feel like I have a giant unsolved puzzle in front of me when I start organizing the transfers and then I solve it and seeing it all roll out like it should is always a good time. I enjoy the puzzle. But something always goes wrong. This time it was that one of the new missionaries coming has Covid so he'll get here Monday and another missionary missed his bus and didn't have a phone so we had to track him down. But it all turned out just fine.
After that we got back to work in our area helping this lady named Paola get baptized. She needs to get married but her husband doesn't want to because he doesn't believe in that but just this past week he said he is ok with getting married so looks like Paola is gonna get baptized!!
I hope you guys are well love you all
